I have had bad dental experiences in the past at other dental offices and went into Gentle Dental Spa with trepidation. The care I received was the best I ever received. The staff and dentist (Dr. Saud?) were amazing. Because of my experience, I actually don't have fear and panic at the idea of going back to the dentist. Highly recommend this dental office.

Then proceeded to tell me I had periodontal disease. I have no symptoms and my teeth are very strong. Showed me X-rays for proof not having any idea what she was showing me. Refused to clean my teeth because I wouldn't spend close to $3,000. They have a "records" department and when the new dentist I went wanted them the quality was so bad that they couldn't use them. The majority of not all walking out of the office was told they had periodontal disease and gave them information on how much it was going to cost if you can't pay for it then you take out a loan. Don't recommend them at all.

Turned out I needed a crown. He was able to make it right there in the office. It was made so well that it fit without any adjusting needed. I had stopped going to the Dentist due to poor experiences in the past. With Dr. J I will gladly return twice a year. He will have ALL my dental business from now on.

Went in on March 13 after talking with them I was on the edge of whether to do an implant. I made an appointment for March 24 and they took half the payment for the implant. After being called several times for them to try and talk me into the procedure I told them no and I wanted my money back they said they would refund but wouldn't be until the following week. Here we are April 1st and still not a dime of my money back. They say the lady that needs to refund has not been in that office. I just fell that I am getting the run around and will probably never see my over $300 back. I have been going here for over 9 years and get treated like this. I have always talked good about this place and now I feel so dumb I should have just not made that appointment until I was sure I wanted to do it. Now I am having to pay the price because they don't seem to want to give me my money back but I am sure if I owed them money they would be sending me bills and adding late fees.
