Our daughter was a resident at Compass Rose Academy from March of 2021 until January of 2022. The…read moregrowth she made and treatment she received have been life changing for her and our whole family. We feel that one of the greatest assets of the program was that we were invited to participate in our daughter's treatment. The support we received through weekly parent programs, parent weekends and recommend resources made her growth through the program and transition into independent living a success. Through Compass Rose, we were given the support we needed to support her. We have continued to benefit from alumni weekends and updates from CRA. This continued support has been invaluable. Our daughter's difficulties didn't end when she returned home, but the skills we learned, and the support we continue to receive have helped us to rebuild our family relationships. We don't always know what to do, but knowing where to look for guidance has given us hope and encouragement for the future. We believe it is helping her too. She learned how to discern between healthy and unhealthy relationships and to take responsibility for making her life good. We are so grateful for CRA.

Cash and card is accepted for admission. The gym is large in size with plenty seating for spectators. They have concessions available, also taking card or cash. We purchased nachos, and nothing special about them, pretty basic concession nachos. You can expect a good view from most angles. There were 3 referees at the game, and they were terrible. This took away from the energy and made the experience really frustrating. It's aged to enjoy the game when the officiating is so bad.

EXCELLENT GRADUATE NURSING STAFF…read more In 2019, I completed IWU's PMHNP-MSN graduate nursing program and successfully passed the ANCC Board Test. In January 2025, I returned to IWU to study to become an FNP and just finished the first of three required classes and clinical rotations. The Graduate Nursing Staff has been very supportive and available to help guide me in my studies. Dr. Gowan, Dr. Hawkins, Dr. Antworth, and Dr. Huff have been great. My Enrollment Counselor, Alita W., made the enrollment process a breeze. I did not become an RN until I was 57, and a PMHNP when I was 63. I just turned 69 and will hopefully pass the ANCC or AANP Board Testing after I complete the program in December 2025 and go on to continue learning and working to be the best provider I can be.
