Power washing was long overdue & recent rain made it hard to look at. His confidence in cleaning all the algae & mildew, along with fair pricing for the job at hand, made me choose him right away. He's also a lovely human being & so that factored in as well. He came out next morning as promised in confirming the eve before. Wow! Reliability is another big factor! He got to work quickly & spent a couple hours restoring this filthy space. I knew the cement, umbrella & statues were in bad shape & when he was finished it was beautiful. Take a look at the before & after pics. Nice work!! I will certainly work with Jermaine & his company in the days ahead to maintain the space more frequently.

If I went ahead with the project, I believe I would have given Corey 5 stars. We brainstormed…read moreabout a landscape installation in 2 parts of my yard. There were several parts to the project - removing rhizomes, removing aggressive groundcover, assessing a huge cactus that cracked its pot, adding rocks and succulents, etc. Corey presented solutions and great ways to enhance the garden. When he talked about using cement edges, we'd never considered it but love the idea. So, after speaking with Corey, an experienced arborist, why didn't we go ahead? Because my husband and I realized that the plan would've required us to commit to weeding often. We designed the rock/succulent garden but after remembering how we have to weed in the rock area on our property, we put the project on hold. Yes, I'm keeping Dynasty Tree Service's info nearby to use when our tree needs pruning again. While we decided not to proceed on the project for which I reached out to Dynasty, I know there'll be other projects to do, and look forward to speaking with Corey and getting excited by all his great ideas!

We'll definitely use them again for our sprinkler needs. Our community (Pembroke Shores) includes a central irrigation system with each homeowner being responsible for the portion on their lot. When we received the dreaded maintenance notice from our HOA we contacted Pink and Green. They have worked on the central system for years and know its quirks. Mike responded quickly and extremely professionally. He did a detailed inspection and had an itemized and very fairly priced estimate in our hands within a few days. The work was completed within another few days after we gave the OK. The repairs were very thorough. Pink and Green replaced worn sprinkler heads with properly sized and aimed components to fit our landscaping. They found and fixed several leaks and cracked underground pipes. When done they provided before and after pictures and a full wet-test video showing all of the pieces functioning great. Afterwards they went to the extra effort of providing documentation directly to the HOA to close out the issue. Thank you, Mike + Pink and Green! It's great to find a business in South Florida that communicates well, shows up on time, and does quality work at a fair price.
