I took my camera to get looked over on a Wednesday. Was told by a very nice young man that it would be evaluated and done by Saturday for me to pick up as I needed it Sunday. Went on Saturday (I live an hour away) and a very rude older man retrieved my camera and proceeded to tell me nothing was done to the camera. It was not looked at by anyone. I asked for my money back then because they charge a $50 diagnostic fee. He did return my money but not without rudeness. Will never return to this store. read more

Kohne Photography is easy to work with and has the most clear images/prints. I have ordered in the store at the kiosk and online both are straight forward and easy to use. One time I ordered prints online with the cropping tool. An employee at Kohne's called me to confirm because it wasn't the best option. Their Great customer service saved my photos! I wanted to buy a UV filter and step up rings. The only filters they had were a poor quality from a brand that is not recommended by most pros. The 77 mm filter that I looked at cost just a few dollars less than a B+W filter, which I was originally looking for. Then I looked at the other sections and most of the merchandise was from the same brand. They carry very little from other more reputable brands. I agree with the other reviewers in that the staff were very nice and helpful. The Nikon lenses they had were priced fairly also. However, I disagree regarding this being the best place in greater Toledo for camera gear. I can't see this store catering to serious photographers who are looking for quality gear. I decided to buy the filter online and recommend everyone to consider reputable online retailers for their camera needs. read more

Kohne is the best! I am a semi-professional photographer who has used Kohne for years for enlargements and canvas prints, and I've ALWAYS received exceptional service. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating, and have always made sure that my prints are exactly as I want them. They've worked with me on time constraints too, when that is an issue.
