Placed an order for winter boots right before Christmas. They told me I was "too late" coming to pick them up. They were sent back and about 8 days later I received my refund. So, I placed a new order to pick up at the store. Now, they have shipped the order and I will not receive the items for another week or so. I cannot cancel the order now evidently. It is negative degree weather here as well. Customer service is AWFUL this woman barely speaks English and I cannot understand a word she is even saying. Will never take my business here again after all of these issues. Horrible. read more

I forgot to write one for this place while doing my shopping series. And, this is a store I like going to. It is also where I ended up buying shoes after I left Dicks. Got a pair of Nike running shoes that were $65 but on sale for $43. Love it. In general this store is pretty big and they always have some sort of sale going on. It is always clean, well kept and the staff friendly. I actually always go here when in need of new shoes because I know they usually have great prices. Another reason is for the Wii games for the kids (or me...shhh). They sometimes have a sale where you can buy two games for $30. If you or your kids have a Wii, then you know this is a good bargain. Great store and usually great prices. Not being a big fan of shopping in general, I like this place. read more

Very disappointed with my experience just now. Huge signs all over advertising Amazon returns at Kohl's. I had things to return at Kohl's so i went for it. Set my package down to have the associate snap at me, we don't take everything and you need to process it yourself first. I said that's not what your ads say. She snapped back i know they're vague but that's what it is. We don't take everything and you do it yourself. Which i could have done from home. Thanks for nothing. Thankfully I had a return for Kohl's too or I would have been really unhappy instead of just mildly annoyed. read more

I spent over $600 in the last month and a half at Kohl's. I ended up having an item I needed to return. With the money back I decide use it on an Apple Watch. I ask if they price match, I'm told; "Yeah we price match. Wait, what store?" I told them Target because they are on sale for $219 when Kohl's wants $269. I was then told they don't price match. Needless to say, I WON'T BE BACK! read more
