By far the BEST customer service each hear I've come out. But this time in particular, Adam at the store, was phenomenal! He greeted me right away and asked what I was looking for. I explained my frustration with jeans and finding the right fit. He zipped around the store while I browsed and pulled about 6 pairs for me to try on. The first pair was a hit and my fav! Everything he grabbed for me fit to a T! I ended up buying two of them and am so happy with my purchase! We need more Adam's in our lives! Thank you Sioux City Buckle for always being top notch! Their clearance is usually a mess but isn't that the fun of clearance; digging for treasure? Only 1 dressing room I think. Maybe 2. They always seem to just have 1 register open. Don't know why. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I don't get very good service when I'm there. I never get greeted, never get asked if I'm looking for something specific, and the employees always seem to be chatting away with each other or friends that came to visit them. No offense to anyone, but I wonder if I don't get any attention because I don't really have the Hot Topic 'look.' I did an online order to be shipped to the store recently and everything was great. I ordered 2 shirts and so far only 1 has shown up, but it came quickly and that day the woman who took care of me was super nice. I assume she was a manager. We even laughed about her and my nails. I'll be back shopping in the store for sure. I have Hot Cash to spend in January!

I went the the dressing room to try things on and the back dressing rooms were used as storage and looked very messy. I wasnt impressed with that. There was a bird inside the store. I could not see it but it was chirping away being loud. It does not bother me that there was a bird inside but I do think it's a little gross. That bird could poop and who knows where it's going to end up. Or if it dies of starvation, where will it die? I cannot judge much because I do not know how long the bird was in there but it was something I was thinking about.
