I never get greeted, never get asked if I'm looking for something specific, and the employees always seem to be chatting away with each other or friends that came to visit them. No offense to anyone, but I wonder if I don't get any attention because I don't really have the Hot Topic 'look.' I did an online order to be shipped to the store recently and everything was great. I ordered 2 shirts and so far only 1 has shown up, but it came quickly and that day the woman who took care of me was super nice. I assume she was a manager. We even laughed about her and my nails.
