They have an incredible helpful staff here who has always worked with me to get exactly what I'm looking for. I have never felt that anyone was trying to oversell me. The sales people are always very knowledgeable. They know their inventory and make the shopping experience very easy. I once purchased a suit knowing that I needed it that evening and they did all the tailor work while I waited. The quality of the suites have always been good and have lasted me for years! We went in just to get an idea back in late February - pre pandemic. The owner take care of him and made him feel so comfortable. She was so friendly he insisted we buy a bomber jacket for him there. Of course he loves his bomber jacket! What 8 year old wouldn't. A number of moms have asked me about the jacked and I always direct them to Roberts. In February I planned to shop around for his Communion suit. When we left my son turned to me and said "I want to get my suit from there." Don't take me to more places I like her suits and I want to get it from this store. Surprised, I said "fine we'll come back in a week or two." Needless to say... the world shut down from the Coronavirus. His Communion was delayed until September. When we were notified of the new date in September my son turned to me and said are we going to Roberts? I need to get my suit, and I only want to go to that one store. He got his suit - he picked it out and felt so handsome in his navy-blue, Italian suit. He looked amazing but I'm bias. The two women in the store had masks on and handled my son who finds everything itching or restrictive perfectly. I can't say how much it meant for him to love what he picked out after living with so much uncertainty. Thank you thank you! His Communion day was a very special day. It was the first real celebration we have had. We have shopped at Roberts for Cub Scouting great as well.

A very disappointing (and costly) experience. A month ago, I ordered a 'made-to-measure'…read moredouble-breasted suit from this store in anticipation of a dinner-party I have to attend in late August. First, I was told that in order to guarantee the suit's availability within that time frame, I'd have to pay an additional $150 fee over the cost of the suit. I reluctantly agreed, and thereafter was "measured" for my suit by trying on various slacks and ill-fitting jackets. The process was so unnerving that a few days layer I telephone the shop and inquired about how much time it would take to make major adjustments to the jacket should it prove necessary, and was told not to worry. On August 17th, not having heard from the shop, I telephone them, only to be told the suit was "in" and I should come in for my final fitting. When I inquired as to why no one had informed me of the suit's arrival, I was simply told someone must have called! In any event, I went in the following day and, sure enough, the jacket didn't fit properly. Told again not to worry, the adjustments necessary would be made and the suit would be ready on August 26th. I picked up the suit today (August 26th) and no adjustments were made to the jacket. Rather than argue, I took the suit immediately to my tailor for adjustment. We are both hoping the jacket can be properly modified. Also, another annoyance (though minor) is that when I purchased the suit, they asked for my initials so they could be sewn into the lining. No initials were ever sewn into the lining). All in all, not a first-class operation at all. I'm just glad I had the foresight to purchase another suit off the rack for the dinner-party!

So we were looking around for a little while. Customer service was there to help right away. The salesman a very nice gentleman showed me a few nice suits. I told him I didn't want to break the bank. But I wanted something nice for around $200.00. So he got me a couple of suits to try on .and remember there was so many different styles of suits to choose from. So I tried on a couple of navy blue suits.and he made sure it was the right size .this place has all sizes for small guys and big & tall that's a plus for us guys that are a little taller and not that big .so if you want a nice suit most sizes and colors for a decent price this is the place for you. They will also fix your size for you in the same day it will only take like a half hour to 45 minutes. They did my pants for me really fast. The staff is very decent and respectful and ambiance is nice and comfortable. So I would definitely go back there In the future

After a few moments an associate named Anka came over and was wonderful. She listened to what I was looking for. Didn't rush me and stayed within my price range. Anka was excellent and very kind. I walked out with two Nick Graham suits for a very good price. When we went to the register our coupon had expired. But the woman behind the counter was very sweet and gave us 20% off with the purchase of garment bags. As well as let us use some phone coupons we had via text. They had a good selection, good prices and good service. I would recommend this store if you are in pinch for a nice suit. Some of the brands I saw and tried on besides Nick Graham were Joseph Abboud, Nautica and Cole Haan. My only small gripe is the store could use a little sprucing up/remodeling. Give them a shot. I'll definitely be going back in the future.
