I addition to providing me with incorrect premiums, I contracted an auto insurance only to find out that my rate was doubled 1 month later. Not only did I loose money but I lost my continuous coverage rating which apparently is a big item in NY. In addition the office manager was in copy to all my emails and did nothing to correct the situation. In all, the company did not properly train their staff, did not take accountability for the issue and did nothing to make the situation right by the customer which was their fault.

Not only did he file my taxes wrong he neglected to call his customer back since the end of march 2017 regarding the matter. His receptionist was very rude and kept calling me honey whenever I tried calling his office to get in touch with him. Her answer to that was he's on vacation, she used that excuse the 10 times I called to get in touch with alex.
