Have used this facility for a while with our dog, never had major issues. We dropped her off this…read morelast Saturday and picked her up Monday evening. She was hacking, coughing, had phlegm and overall was sick. Continued into Wednesday. Pretty sure it's kennel cough. Which means deep cleaning is not happening. Our dog is senior and breathing challenged because she's an olde English bulldog. We'll never take her back. I called the facility to let them know, but all they said was sorry. Now we have to treat our entire house and leave her in a separate area because it can be transmitted to humans and other pets.
