It was exceptional in every aspect . The food was the best I have had for a long time . We had shared tandoori starters . The kebabs were cooked to perfection and the onion Bhaji was not oily. It is one of the best indian restaurants in Essex I have eaten at with efficient and friendly staff. The food is excellent with some interesting new dishes and plenty of traditional curries too. There are also plenty of options for vegetarians. The music is very nice and also the takeaways are cheaper than most restaurants in chelmsford as they give 30% discount on collection. They do not have a car park which is a bit of a pain but there are several car parks within walking distance

Unfortunately they don't do deliveries, so you have to pick up in a neighborhood that isn't all that conducive to driving. They do cater for large parties and have a rather large eat in section.
