I recently purchased an entire box of 15 ($10 each) lotion bars to give as Christmas gifts. The product is wonderful, very effective for hands. I placed my order close to Thanksgiving, and it took a long time to arrive. Once I opened the box, I found that one tin was dented and three of the lotion bars were a smaller heart shape. These heart shaped bars slid around the tins during shipping and were not suitable to give as gifts, as the tins were smeared with product. I would have overlooked this issue if for myself but not for gifts. I spoke with the owner Bill. He requested that I send back the four tins and pay the shipping myself. He said he would send back an extra lotion to cover the shipping as the problem was "personal preference". He would not stand behind his product. I suggested he replace the four tins and cover the return shipping, but he refused. My entire order was over $100. I will not be ordering again, as he did not put his best foot forward. read more
