Terrible service. Took 30 minutes for a drip coffee and an americano. There were only 4 other people in the coffee shop. Would not recommend if you don't have a lot of time to wait. read more

The staff is very friendly. I hate that the stars are fewer here but it might be the water or the coffee but after drinking an americano from this store my stomach feels awful! I think an upgrade of quality coffee or water would be a good move. Other than that everyone is nice, the cafe is absolutely the cutest and the environment is great!! read more

Good coffee spot. Also a sandwich shop attached. The decor is nice and clean but also has the feel of being in someone's living room. Cool art on the walls. In the middle of the town square which is a quaint area. Hot Spot is a great place for a good coffee scence, with professional Baristas, that produce expedient and high quality beverages. If they can handle a Combat Vet such as myself, they have my respect. I normally get a double espresso, and they are tasty. I have been to coffee shops from big to small, and some were good and some were not, but the places I have been to from stateside to abroad don't compare to the experience from a coffee shop in a small town in the U.S., such is in Holton, KS. You want coffee? Go to hotspot. They have some of the greatest frappes. They recently added bubble tea which is amazing. The price is right too! A large is exactly $5 which is cheaper than Starbucks. They also don't just sell coffee but they also serve smoothies so give it a try if you're near the area. read more

Great spot for good coffee quickly! Free wifi is added bonus. All baristas have been wonderfully pleasant and friendly. Prices are fair and atmosphere is quaint, only downside is I wish it were a little bigger and maybe carry more baked goods or possibly sandwiches? read more
