I have to start by saying that Rick Golden is an absolute gem. Unlike other realtors, who just work…read moreas salespeople, Rick was formerly a builder. So he truly knows houses from that perspective and can honestly tell you what's good and what's bad with each of the houses you look at with him. And unlike salespeople, he doesn't try to push you into a sale. He understands what you're looking for and just gives you the facts as he sees them. We looked at 11 houses together. The last one had been neglected for a period of time and needed work, but he told me that it had "good bones". He gave me a "builder's" estimate of what it might cost to fix it up, so I'd truly know if my budget could handle both the sale and the repairs. I now own that house and absolutely love it! It took me 2 years to get all the repairs done, but I'm SO glad I did it. If you're someone looking to buy in the Poconos, I highly recommend Rick Golden of USA Realty!

Rob at R&L does excellent work & is very honest on his opinions…read more He repaired my door a few times until he said it's past repair you need to get a new one. Rob referred me to an excellent company that installed a new door the following week. Well then the motor finally went this July 4th. What did I expect it was over 20 years old just like the previous door. I called Rob he told me which unit to buy from Home Depot (he told me that since it would be cheaper than buying it from him. That's honesty). Rob was over that day on the 4th & installed it & it works great. I strongly recommend R&L if you ever have a problem with your garage door. Great service fair pricing. As first time home buyers, we did not know what to expect…read more We were not going to use an agent but quickly realized it was necessary. We were lucky to have been matched up with Bernadette! She listened to the wants and needs we had for our first ever home, and tailored a great list of houses to view. We made our choice, and just before closing a MOVIE worthy issue prevented us from getting our home. Bernadette not only spent a whole weekend finding us our new new dream home, she delivered more than we could ever expect. Through out this process she always had someone to connect us with for our needs; from an amazing lender to a lawyer/settlement company. You always want the person that "knows a guy." More than her professionalism, Bernadette delivers a personal, and loving touch to the home buying experience. Hire her, and then tell everyone you know!

She went beyond for what I even expected from a realtor for my wife and I . There is thousands of realtors out there, but I have never experienced the service that Danielle gave my wife and I. Thank you so much for everything, and you will be my only recommendation for anyone looking to sell or buy. Maciej & Nataliia

About an hour goes by I reach out to ask if they were still coming she says yes they got held up at Lowe's and will be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes go by I start to call to cancel the appointment but saw them pulling in my drive way. The wife came in greeted me & appeared apologetic the husband "handyman" stood behind very stand off & seemingly annoyed. He came in my home I extended my hand and he was reluctant. Brushed it off showed them upstairs to the office and kids bedroom and what I needed done. I asked how long the service would take. Initially we agreed on 2-3 hours now it was 4-5 hours and they we're over an hour late. When I challenged the timeframe, the husband then abruptly blurted out "I don't need this!" Instructed his wife to grab his tools & I followed them out of my home. I felt very uncomfortable with them in my home esp the husband. He seem very unhinged & I smelled alcohol on him as he was leaving. They also left my office a mess. Don't leave ANYTHING to weaver!
