The staff assisted me thoroughly over the phone and was able to schedule a visit in a timely manner. They were professional, friendly, and casual which allowed me to be comfortable during the photo shoot. It helped that they were able to guide me and provide me instructions as I have never done a photo shoot like that so I really appreciated the support - also helped because I was nervous. The photos came out fantastic and was delivered to me via email about half an hour after I completed my visit. I was able to do one outfit change which meant two outfits total which was great! We chose the B&W SkinGlow Booth so that our guests could enjoy printed photos for use outside of our wedding day. The SkinGlow adds a skin-softening filter that made our guests' faces look flawless! The communication with the team was very easy over email, and we agreed on 4-hour service time with a travel fee of $150 (to San Clemente). It was one of the easiest vendors to book for our wedding. On the day of our wedding, our attendant was super helpful and helped print enough copies for each group and was quick to resolve any issues with the front-facing screen.
