It does have…read morea pretty good collection of kitchenware and the presentation of the window display is always very attractive and colourful. Today I went into the shop with my mother-in-law and my two young children and we left the shop after spending less than 10 minutes. Arrogant. Unfriendly. Definitely Not Children-Friendly. These are the adjective to describe the two male employees or owners of the shop. I kind of had a bad feeling of it as I entered the shop with the stroller. First, I didn't get any help from them to pass the entrance which has two steps. They looked at my children with a dead stone face. My kids are 1 and 3 years old. The small one was strapped in the stroller and the older one was just standing at that time, not like they were thrashing their place. Next, I tried to explain to them what I was looking for in my not-so-good German and they both looked at me with an expression as if they just ate a lemon. Then I asked if I could speak in English. A nod was a reply. And when I told them I was looking for a specific brand but at that moment I couldn't think of the name, I was told I should google it first. Wow. Great service. Before we left the shop, my German mother-in-law said to me quite loud in German "These people are very 'friendly' and we should not come back in again. There are other better kitchen shops in Berlin". If the two guys in the shop were employees, maybe the owner should think of getting someone new. And if they were the owners, well, maybe you are too proud of your profession and your knowledge in the kitchenware world that you forgot customers should come before your pride. It is really really Schade that a nice kitchen shop with a good collection of kitchenware gives such a bad service and attitude to the customers. I am very very disappointed. And remember, don't bring your children into the shop.

It's so hard to stop myself from going in there seeing as friends of mine live around the corner...Torture! Incredibly well stocked, it's one of those places where you go in to get a potato peeler then you see the absolute must have unique designer version of it and before you know it you have mentally bought half the store! I'm not kidding I might not have gone in for that, but I spotted it at the Kasse. If my BF wasn't with me it's safe to say it that potato peeler would be in my kitchen right now! The owners are very pleasant and know their stuff. Happy to answer questions you have. I went in there to use a voucher I was given for my birthday last year, again I knew what I wanted to get. I saw the deluxe version of what I wanted and carried it around with me in case anyone tried to buy it from under me. I ended up leaving with a a 5 piece pan set at a great discount! If you love kitchen gadgets then do go and have a look around this shop.
