I have seen this attempted in so many florists and where they have failed, this place has succeeded. There are gifts for all types of people with ornaments, birdcages, and even bright plastic flags and streamers. There is a cute range of bears too - how could there not be? The service here was pretty poor though. The lady didn't even look up from her work at the counter when my Mum and I walked in and she most certainly didn't make any move to acknowledge us as we wandered around exclaiming in delight at all the gorgeous flowers and objects on offer. The pricing was average - some things were quite expensive and others were cheap. It was hard to tell what was a bargain and what was a rip-off. Otherwise, I totally loved the shop and will definitely be hitting it next time I need a nice gift or some flowers.

It's tucked away in the complex around the side of the main shopping centre building between the dry cleaner and an Indian restaurant. If you weren't a local, you could be forgiven for not knowing that it was there. The bouquet I bought (bearing in mind that I'm absolutely not an expert) was pretty good, and it was colourful and well presented. The wrapping was nicely done, and it was all pretty quick from walking in and choosing what I wanted to walking out as a happy customer. I recommend this place because they are really attentive to the needs of their customers.

I ended up going with Flowers of East Bentleigh mainly because of the other reviews on here and because I could easily order online (time differences meant that calling wasn't really going to work out for me as I wanted the flowers delivered on Monday). Ordering online was really easy and I was impressed with their range. I ended up opting for a plant rather than flowers and I picked the "green thumb" option for delivery the next day. From then, I didn't have to do anything - delivery was done without a hitch and I got a text from Mum in the middle of the night (my time, not hers) saying thanks for the delivery. Pricing was reasonable and they accept all forms of cards as well as paypal. I'd definitely use these guys again.

I made an order with Flowers of east Bentleigh and not only were they delivered at 4pm but they were absolutely stunning! The are staff extremely helpful and really nice AND they really know how to make flowers look like a gift! So impressed! 10/10 for service, price and quality!
