I decided to call three companies for an estimate and to schedule the work. I left messages with two of the companies; no reply from either one! Rob from RC's Stump Grinding ANSWERED the phone on my first call. We chatted and I sent a quick cellphone picture to him. He said he would run by that evening to get a personal look and make sure the area was accessible for his equipment. We agreed on a price for the work and scheduled it a couple days later, since rain was pending. Rob stayed in touch with text messages and showed up on the first planned morning. He started the grinding, and meticulously eliminated the stump and roots that were above ground. He will be my first call when I need tree trimming or grinding in the future. Mike Read less
