I gave $2000 up front Jan 27 to start(so he already is be paid before work is done). Shows up the following week to start, progression was moving swiftly until the crew stopped coming. It is May and this still isn't done and he has left my yard trashed. I constantly see him looking for other jobs and put them before mine. We are over $16k in on this project. I can't even let my dogs out in the backyard because of how he left my yard and hasn't finished the privacy fence, last gate still needs to be installed. My patience has run out. His communication is terrible. He tries to play me and my husband against each other like a child. Mom says no run to dad, like seriously?! There is always excuses to hide him not showing up and taking other jobs like rain. This kennel has a roof, there plenty of unfinished work to be done inside! My texts get ignored. Wouldn't take his recommendations, they are terrible and has the same ghosting actions as Victor. He leave my materials out in the rain to get ruined, didn't off to replace anything! He feels some type of way that we won't release the last $500 until the work is complete and just like I predicted he stopped showing up.
