History

Established in 2016.

Knock Out is Laredo's premiere women's fitness studio. Owner and Trainer Pepito Espinoza, Jr. originally opened Laredo's first all-women's boxing gym in the early 2000s under the name Pepito's Health and Fitness. After a hiatus, his vision for Laredo's only all-women's boxing gym re-opened in 2016 under the name: Knock Out Women's Boxing Gym. Our gym specializes in boxing-fitness to burn fat, trim your waist, shed inches, build muscle, and learn self-defense. Our classes DO NOT involve any fighting or sparring, but you WILL get an awesome full-body, all-over workout for arms, legs, glutes, shoulders, thighs, back, and more! This gym is open to women of all ages and of all physical conditions :)

Meet the Business Owner: Jose E.

Jose Angel "Pepito" Espinoza is a personal trainer and motivational speaker with over 15 years of experience in personal training, group instruction, boxing, and the fitness industry. He specializes in Women's weight loss and conditioning and provides both English and Spanish-language instruction. He enjoys weight lifting, boxing, and helping others reach their mental health, physical health, and fitness goals. Pepito also enjoys Motivational Speaking and has spoken to small and large crowds alike, including a crowd of 7,500 persons at an Arena.
