A horrible experience, lost part of my boat, lied about a law concerning my boat, then when I attempted to resolve the issue he hung up like a 3 year old and told me it was my problem. I've been in business for 32 years and would never treat a customer like this read more

Very disappointed with the service I received from Knapik's Marine I drop off my 2002 Johnson 90HP outboard boat and motor for repair went to pickup he said it cost too much to repair diagnostic i paid around $260 and I was giving a list of things that needs to be fixed took the boat home bolts was missing parts wasn"t back together so I bought all the parts from the dealer had someone instal them still didn't work call Knapik after get a bunch of emails for Knapik to do work on my motor told them I was not happy with the work they did said let me check your bill ok someone will call you back that never happen.This is the third time I typing this review for some reason its not posting. read more
