Recently worked with the guys at Knack Factory for a company retreat held out in Virginia. Not only are these guys professional, experts at what they do, and offer a great product for a fair amount, they are kind, passionate, hilarious, and overall wonderful people. It was a pleasure working with each of them from the very start -- creating a contract that worked for both parties, conversations before the retreat, setting up once we got to the retreat center, and every day throughout. They quickly became part of the family -- bonded with our colleagues, supported our Exec team, and worked with us when things needed to be changed due to time, weather, and needs. As the campaign manager for a State Senate campaign, I hired the Knack Factory last fall to create a few campaign ads. In a very short time, they helped us create 3 short online ads. They were the perfect way to get people's attention - and bring them into our social media universe. We were fortunate enough to be a part of Knack Factory's Tiny Desk Contest endeavor. For those unaware, Knack Factory teamed with local blog Hot Trash: Portland to produce videos for nine local music acts to submit to NPR's Tiny Desk Contest.
