I only have to visit 2 times a year, do labs before my appointment and that's it. I have had to recently change doctors since the prior one quick but the only hassle was getting the RX renewed. I imagine clients with Diabetes visit very often and have to have lots of blood tests - at least my husband did when he was seen by them. Wait time has always been less than 15 minutes and the office visit only lasted about 15 minutes. So overall I'm very pleased.

I called and talked to the person who first gave me the costs. She apologized for her miscommunication. I asked if she'd talk to her supervisor to see if I could get a cost adjustment. She promised to do so. It's been several weeks. I have not heard back from anyone. But I have received multiple statements via text and mail. They obviously do not care. I liked my therapist. I felt he was qualified and highly professional. But I'm very disappointed with billing, lack of transparency and no follow-through. I will not go back.
