The Cloister in Einsiedeln is easily reached from Zurich or surrounding cities by train/bus. It is…read morewell worth it. The town is charming. The Cloister is a beautiful piece of architecture and houses the "Black Madonna" which is a Catholic pilgrimage site. Definitely spend a bit of time there. Christmastime, there are stalls for the Advent Market during the 1st week only...definitely worth the trip.
