He made sure I understood both the pre-surgery and post-surgery images, which really helped me feel confident in my decision. He is an excellent listener and explained the procedures and medications fully and patiently. His staff also deserves five stars for their caring attitude and professionalism -- they truly make you feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process.
