I have diabetes so I was looking for a doctor close to me since I have moved from Baltimore. He did not seem interested in my care and spent less then 3 minutes with me. I am used to seeing my current doctor in Baltimore every 6 weeks, so I know what treatment to expect, The doctor never clipped my nails. He missed several calluses on my feet, and told me that I do not need to see a doctor for a year. I have been seeing my dr for 10 years and if I waited a year I would not be able to walk, I will say the the receptionist was very friendly and nice. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. LOOK Elsewhere

Dr C comes in, and tells me that they ran out of the medicine for the procedure last week and they expected it on friday and did receive it. I asked him why nobody called me to re-schedule and he went off. He suggested that I allow him to do something something different instead. I said no. He proceeded to tell me that he was a doctor and he knew much more than me about the injury and he believes if I didn't do anything right at that moment, it would be my fault when it got worse. He became so disrespectful at one point, I asked him to stop speaking to me that way. "when were we suppose to call you?" friday when you didn't get the medicine in. "I am a doctor, NOT a mailman, how am I suppose to know when it will get here?!" umm, you said it was due on Friday. He was being extremely disrespectful and even my child were upset about how he spoke to me. When I left the room, the secretary told me that Dr C would no longer speak with me and he wanted to talk to my husband. Now I know people have their crappy days, but this was inexcusable. He is a good doctor and has been in the past for our family. This behavior today has caused me to never return to his office, for any member of my family.

He is kind, friendly, and generous of the time he spends with you. It is obvious from the start, you are in good hands. I had ankle ligaments and tendons reattached, no simple surgery, and Dr Rano put me at ease the entire time with his approach to patients, clear explanations of his goals and the outcome was exactly as he stated. He knows what he is doing, and actually listens and takes time to try to find the root of the problem. The best "bedside manner" I've ever experienced. I told her I…read morestill wasn't 100% from that mysterious "flu" that had been going around, and that in the meantime, I had been notified that my dad had died, and that I'd call her when I was ready to reschedule. I got back in here just a bit ago and I had a voicemail message that it was the 'fourth time she had called and left a message'. No name. No company name. So I had no idea who was calling or for what. Called the number back and found out it was this place. Dr. Said's scheduler got on the line and told her about her message she left and that I didn't appreciate and did not care how many times she called (she should have taken the hint if nothing else) but that clearly she hadn't got my message that my dad had died and I'd call when I was ready. I went on to say that at this point, I felt harassed and to delete my number and never call me again. I hung up. The couple of times I saw Dr. Said, I never had an issue. His scheduler acts as though she gets a percentage of every surgery he does! If I keep getting rescheduled, clearly he has enough work to keep him busy, so why is she so pressed to get ME on the schedule when everyone else's surgery is a priority over mine? I'll never go there again and tell everyone with a pulse not to go there either if they get stuck with Dr. Said's scheduler.

The physician was excellent, very knowledgeable, feel very comfortable with the physical and the physicians aids explanations of everything. The entire visit would have been great if it wasn't for the 1st front desk girl and her unprofessional customer service. I would have given more stars, but if the front of the office isn't right it can stress a patient, which can male there blood pressure higher normal during the visit. I've been here before with other patients and never had any issues until today, which upset me with the light hair front desk girl.
