They not only stayed on top of me to get them what they needed they took care of everything I was needing so quickly. They always respond quickly and the follow up is absolutely on point. Helpful is a word that comes to mind and they absolutely answer all questions and never make you feel stupid. They took a situation that was handled very badly by one tax organization and turned it around for me. I cannot thank these two enough for all that they handled for me. They are very fair in their pricing and are just absolutely amazing and I will not go anywhere else for my taxes. Thank you both for all of your hard work to resolve my tax issues. We've had an interesting experience working with this firm over the past few years. During our…read morefirst year, there were some inconsistencies, but we chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. This year--our third year using their services--we were charged nearly double what we paid the previous year. When we questioned the increase, we were told that the prior pricing was not reflective of their standard rates. They did issue a partial refund of around $100, but the situation still raised concerns. Additionally, we were assigned a new tax preparer this year, which made the significant increase in cost even more surprising. Overall, the experience left us feeling uncertain about the consistency and transparency of their pricing and service.

After a few months, I found myself thinking I needed to sort out the little messes before the mess grew. I was referred to Tax Time and I'm sure glad I called. Alan got us all set up, filed a lot of documents that needed to be caught up and is keeping on top of my business for me. I suppose if anyone needs to be in my business, it's gonna be this guy. I will say, the billing department is not good at returning calls, but Alan has always responded within 24 hours. If you're looking, this job isn't for the faint of heart but Tax Time makes it look easy while being efficient. Plus, their pricing was very reasonable in my opinion.
