The barber Marcos was clearly irritated on our first visit and I being a reasonable person understand cutting an infants hair can be a task. I held my son and worked with Marcos for the whole 5 minutes it took.. paid and made it a point to walk up to him and hand him a $20 cash tip as an appreciation gesture. Our recent visit on this Friday 10/16 we walked in for our appointment and the gentleman that checked us in turned around and told Marcos we were there for our appointment. Marcos saw us and realized it was an infants cut verbally said "I have the kids haircut?" and proceeded to mumble under his breathe "f**K". After seeing this we left without getting the haircut and will never be back. In our first visit he mentioned he was a father also so knowing this information I wonder how he would feel roles reversed.

Hot towel shaves are ON POINT and while Vin is my barber, Pete the owner is a hell of a barber and it's easy to see his standards are shared and upheld by his staff. You walk in and you're greeted by vintage barbershop decor, which I dig a lot and no matter what they all stop to say hello and they're always quick to ask if you need a bottle of water or an espresso. I can say pretty confidently that you probably didn't get Fuji or espresso back in the 30's & '40s lol so I'd call it an old school feel with a modern spin.
