Realizing that it was time to say goodbye to the old beast, but not knowing anything about buying a new AC, I turned to the professionals at CONFORTECH. The owner and technicians of this business are very knowledgeable and very professional. The called me back quickly and they were able to suggest the best solution taking into account how big my condo is and what my needs were. They clearly explained the process of removing my old AC unit, and then replacing it with the new Panasonic multi function AC / thermopompe unit. They were transparent about all the work that was needed to be done. They were able to work around and retrofit the new AC to work with my old 1927 building configuration. They even gave information about government clean energy programs to get some money back for doing the switch to the thermopompe. I was thoroughly impressed with their work! They even cleaned up the plaster dust and left everything clean after completing their work.
