I can't imagine how this meal could have been better other than wishing I could have experienced it with someone else. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Food was prompt and delicious. I was surprised at the low prices. I had the following: Frischer Feldsalat in Basilikumölvinaigrette und gebratenen Speckwürfeln Kalbstafelspitz mit frischer Frankfurter grüner Sauce und Petersilienkartoffeln Gebackene Apfelringe mit Vanilleeis und Schlagsahne This was my first German meal and was pleasantly surprised. I am not familiar with the green sauce, but it complemented the Kalbstafelspitz very well. I will be in Limburg for a few more days and will definitely eat here again before I leave.
