I would preferred a little pink but it was still juicy. I think cubes would help retain more flavor when searing the meat. The last meal was the lamb chops and loin combo. Meat was delish with right amount of seasoning. Expert timing on the grilling. All my dishes came with a salad and a welcome oozo drink. The sides can be more interesting. You get to choose one. Rice is fine but the second time I ordered vegetables. Both was okay but boring. Bring some cash to tip the servers.
