Well kept paths,…read moreroomy enough for walkers and cyclists without fractiousness, arena where Frankfurt Galaxy (American football) play, a nightingale meadow that I have never been able to find, plenty of play areas for kids and opportunities all over for picnics, sun bathing or just lazing. Worked over for the National garden show in the 1980s with plenty of public transport stops all around it is well worth a visit at any time of the year.

Nidda Park is a great place to go on the weekends, especially if you have children (or a bike,…read morelol). There is a playground with a sandpit for the little ones (around 3-4 and up to 7-8) , a zip line for grown ups and teens, and a waterpark for the whole family where the water runs from 11am to ?? during the summer days.
