Days leading up to our event Bobbi requested a list of the guests I told her I wanted to make sure we captured with my daughter the day of the party. I'm SOOOO GLAD that she did...if it weren't for her prompting this list request from me I would not have been able to remember, or keep track the day of the party as I was busy with other details. By me giving Bobbi the list, she was able to keep track for me...which was a huge relief for me. She captured everything we wanted, the pictures came out BEAUTIFULLY!!! Bobbi's attention to detail, kind demeanor, professionalism, and ease to work with is why you should absolutely hire her for your next event. Her work is impeccable, the way she frames her shots, and the candid pictures were more than we could have hoped for. The photos were available for online viewing in a relatively short amount of time. I was able to share the link with our guests, so they could view, and order the prints of their choosing. The finished album- we opted for thick paged album- is so beautiful. Bobbi even came to my home with a projector, to help me choose the perfect size for our wall prints. The agent I worked with was so promising and demonstrated passion to sell my condo - in the beginning. Once it became clear that it was viewed as a burden, there was little to no interest. If the distance was too great as my condo was in Skokie, then the agent should have just told me this and we could have parted ways - no hard feelings. When I reported damages, I was told it would be considered "he said/she said," and there was little I could do. The gift card they gave me - only after repeated contacts regarding it and the damages - did not even cover the cost of the damages. And still, my agent never bothered to come out. When I requested my agent be present for the inspection, appraisal, and obviously the closing, there was always an excuse. I requested updated pictures, but ended up sending them over to the agent myself. There was to be an open house, but when I checked sites to see if it was posted, there was nothing. I could go on and on... The only positive thing I can say is that it is over, but I truly would not recommend this office to anyone!
