You would not have none that it had been away that long. As I walked through the door Mo greeted me as if I had been there last week. No only was it a genuine greeting but he honestly remembered me. The service was as great as the very first time I walked in the door and Mo is still awesome. I totally enjoy visiting the shop and actually missed not being able to stop by as often. Still be best barber salon in St. Pete and will definitely make it a point of getting there more often. Thanks Mo and Casablanca, you guys are top shelf in my book.

As soon as I sat in the chair, I clearly told Mike not to touch my eyebrows. Despite this, in the middle of the haircut he began working on my eyebrows. I immediately stopped him, but unfortunately it was too late--my left eyebrow was noticeably overdone and ruined. This was very disappointing, especially after clearly communicating my preference beforehand.

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with my experience at the St. Petersburg Sun…read moreDial location. I was waiting for my wife to have her hair done at another salon and decided to take a walk when I came across your establishment. I had some time and thought I could get a clean shave while I waited. I entered as a walk-in and was informed that it would take approximately 15 minutes for a Master Hot Shave. I accepted the offer. Your team was very pleasant, which is not my complaint. However, I was charged $40 plus a tip for a "Master Hot Shave" that did not include the services I had been informed of. Upon receiving the shave, I was surprised to find that the barber had only used a hair trimmer to trim the very minimal hair on my face, followed by a few passes with an electric razor, and then finished with an alcohol wipe down. No hot towel or straight razor was used as advertised. I was particularly disappointed when he removed the cape and declared that he was done. Your website clearly states the services included in the Master Hot Shave, and my appointment reminder confirms that this is what I had booked. I have emailed requesting a refund and I highly recommend that you avoid this establishment.
