Do NOT use this agency. John is terrible. He didn't keep any of his promises…read more Summary of how bad he is: 1 - He failed to get us our 12 cabins together, even though we booked with him 1 year before the cruise (we weren't even all on the same deck!) 2 - He lied and said he would get me a free upgrade, but then our CC got charged $900 (he eventually gave it to me for free, but only once I made it clear he would not be lying to us) 3- He messed up one of the room changes we requested and put the room in the wrong place making it even worse 4- He spelled 5 names wrong and had the wrong DOB for some of us even though we sent him this info clearly in an email. 5 - He was told we wanted to all be booked at the same dinner time, but he never put in that request so when we tried to get the time slot it was already full. 6 - We only book through him so we could get 1 free passager per every 6 cabins, yet 2 months after the cruise we still don't have this refund and he gives excuses and blames the cruise line as to why we aren't getting it. My mother booked 12 cabins on an Alaskan Cruise to take our whole family. She booked w him 12 months in advance and kept asking for the cabin assignments, but he gave her some stupid reason why they weren't finalized yet. 2 months before the cruise he finally tells us where our cabins are - we are split up on 2 decks and not all of the cabins on each floor are right next to each other. We asked for 1 move, and he moved the cabin but to the WRONG location. We asked him to move it back, but he could not right away but said he'd work on it. He offered a free upgrade to a mini-suite instead of getting the old room back, but when 2 weeks later (and we still didn't have the rooms together) I told him we actually would like to do the upgrade. When the change came through there was a $900 upgrade charge!! When I said he had told me the upgrade would be free he said "that was 2 weeks ago." WHAT?! He lies, he does not apologize when he makes mistakes, he does not call you unless you harass him.
