Unfortunately, you can't trust this company. I called wanting to begin my wellness journey, to which they were extremely nice. The owner let me know they charge bi weekly or monthly and there was no week per week basis. No problem- I decided I would paid for 3x a week, for two weeks. She very conveniently left out that it's on auto pay and you have to cancel 30 days notice. I canceled three classes is as it just wasn't working out for me. I texted the trainer and of course- didn't even think to ask for money back for the sessions I am not going to do because as agreed, I already had to pay for it. Please note I wasn't even a member for 30 days.
Fast forward to last night I get another bill of 360 dollars. I asked to get a refund as it must've been a mistake to which the owner let me know I canceled on June 2, which even though I canceled and didn't continue they would need to charge me yesterday as it fell in the 30 days.
Do you know how crazy that is? I canceled and ate my money for the classes I wasn't going to do. And they have the Audacity to charge me weeks later? The issue is the owner lied and said she told me this bizarre policy. She didn't. Unfortunately in the extremely small fine print I signed my name to which it said the 30 days policy. What a snake way to get more money.
Absolutely run from place. The lady was nice at first but then they showed their true colors. It's really not cool to treat customers like this. It feels very sneaky. Too bad because the actual trainer was great. It's the business owners shady behavior and being completely not understanding. Thank god I paid with Amex and have a great relationship as I will be calling my Amex concierge service tomorrow first thing to charge back.
