Really fantastic work. We were only able to budget 3 hours of cleaning (1.5 with two people) but…read morethat was enough to cover the kitchen and 3 partial bathrooms with excellent efficiency. The crew was prompt, courteous, and very hard working. They even had time to get stuff like hard water or oil marks, and I know those take a ton of time and scrubbing. It is going to be so much easier to keep things maintained. They did mention they could do more with a full 6 hours deep clean (e.g. address very faint water spots, inside of appliances, etc) but the upsell pressure was minimal and they kept inside budget. They were also impressively conscientious about contacting me about schedule/time changes. Great work, Even better communication, and no bad cost surprises. 10/10, hope they let us book them again!

I scheduled a deep cleaning on Friday August 21st, 2020, I was quoted $160, peiod. 3 ladies showed…read moreup and cleaned for 1 hour and 58 minutes. Claudia told me she would only accept the cleaning fee ($160) in cash so I wrote a $30 check for the tips. I examined the cleaning and it looked nice when I gave it a once over. After they left I began examining the smaller things and this is where trouble began! The kitchen counter was not cleaned at all, nothing was moved and cleaned under, several items including door, window, and picture ledges were not dusted. My husband discovered my broken razor stuck behind some body wash bottles in the shower, where the girl hid it. The cartridge to it (because the handle was broken and it would not connect) was hidden behind some shampoo bottles in a different location. My bathroom soap dispenser from Van Muar was cleaned with an abrasive scratch pad and the paint was scratched off of it. I sent photographs of all of this to Claudia! She denied even seeing the scratches on the top of the soap dispenser and said (in a written message) she "would send me a razor" and "I don't want to hear anymore about this". She also said she "would never clean for me again"! BEWARE, DO NOT GIVE THEM CASH, THEY WILL BREAK THINGS AND NOT PAY FOR THEM! YOU WILL NOT GET THE SERVICE YOU PAY FOR! BELOW IS A COPY OF HER MESSAGE TO ME FROM TODAY.. "I see no scratches on soap dispenser and I can mail you a razor. Know this is the last time I want to hear about it. I will not reimburse you for anything else and I will not be able to clean for you again. I have received so many text from you and on one of them you said you checked their work and everything was fine. You tip them and told me everything looked great and they had done a great job" I politely asked Claudia to come to my home beforehand, to give me an in home estimate and she refused. I made sure that she understood that I wanted my home deep cleaned and cost was not an issue. She is very unprofessional.
