My wife and I rented the house for about a year in 2013 while I was working on a contract nearby. We saw it online and took it sight unseen because where else can you live right on the river yet so conveniently located. We loved waking up and seeing the river in its different shades of light and from almost anywhere in the house. We also loved cooling off in the salt water pool, kayaking and paddle boarding from our own dock, the privacy, burning fires in the hanging fireplace. The house was beautiful! It was so much cleaner and nicer than I was expecting. It was hot and humid in Augusta during my stay, but the air in the house was always at a very comfortable temperature in every room. Patio and pool areas were also much more spacious than I anticipated. I would love to stay here again anytime I'm in town! read more

I lived in this house since Nov 2014 until recently,...horrible experience. landlord is annoying like hell. While I was living in the property, she decided to start doing renovation work inside and outside the house. It was so disrupting. I would come out of shower to find workers roaming around the house. Unbelievable...she is also dishonest and deceptive. she originally said that house cleaning and pest services are included in the rent but that was a lie. She even moved into lower level of the house and prevented me from accessing my stuff there for several weeks...crazy...finally she refused to return my deposit after I finally moved out of this hell....horrible landlord and horrific experience.... read more

I lived at Rive Suite for 8 months. It's a quite serene place right at the river and less than 10 minute drive to downtown Augusta. The apartment is fully furnished with comfortable king size bed and a spacious bed room. The apartment also has a pull out couch in the living room. The place is clean and well decorated and gives a peaceful vibe. I enjoyed the porch which has river views. The lawn and salt water pool are well taken care of. The landlord is very approachable and ready to help. I was lucky to find this place and live in this beautiful place. read more

Lived here in 63 Alberclauss drive (river house & river suite) since Nov 2014. Horrible experience. The landlord lives out of town and is completely incompetent. whenever there is something wrong with the house (& there are many), she keep asking questions and more Qs and is reluctant to fix or repair. Worst when she decided to come and do some renovation on the house at time of her convenience. Even as a tenant I did not agree on the time, she came anyway with her crew and turned my life into hell. She is totally selfish and inconsiderate. They started the work on the house which was very loud and disruptive. They came in & out of the house as they please and I had absolutely no privacy. They moved my personal items around with total disregard to my privacy or space. some of my items were broken, they disconnected TV in the process......instead of coming home from work to relax & rest, it was other way around......Horrible experience..... read more
