At no time was I disturbed and was able to get some much needed rest. The grounds are well kept, it's located in the woods, so you're surrounded by nature. And it's surprisingly quiet. They are incredibly hospitable & the manager, Michelle, is a doll. This is my 3rd visit here & it keeps getting better & better. I will definitely be back. Me and my girlfriend are both travel nurses and have been here for almost 10months now and we love it. They have a wash house where you can do your clothes and a dog park. They also have a nice little antique store that the park is behind that is nice. We work nights and Roy is nice enough to wait until we are off before mowing around the camper so he doesn't wake us. He's always keeping an eye out for anything odd and he also screens everyone who comes to stay in the park so chances of getting bad neighbors is unlikely. They have several rental units to choose from, from stand-alone cottages to on-property lofts, apartments and housing units. They are the first people I call whenever my wife and I need a place to stay, like in 2012 when our house was being remodeled; or when we have friends and family visit for special events, like the Masters Golf Tournament and the Spring Steeplechase. I have personally spent time in La Petit Apartment, the Loft, the Gate House, the Laundry House and some of their other properties and totally enjoy the experience every time I stay at one of their locations. Locally owned and operated, the owners have received several awards from the City of Aiken for their successful restorations and improvements on many properties; most notably their work in Kershaw Square and others in the downtown area. The owners are very friendly, hard-working people who always treat my wife and I like royalty and make sure that all of our needs are met whenever we stay with them or have friends and family rent from them when they are in town. All of their rental units I've spent time in are tastefully furnished and come outfitted with only the best accessories. The kitchens are outfitted with Viking appliances and fully equipped to start cooking the moment you check in. Real hardwood floors and paneling are among the many luxury features of the properties I've visited. They have a variety of rental plans and they've always worked with me to tailor lease agreements based on my wife and I's individual needs. Most, if not all, of their rental properties come with WiFi Internet access, cable TV and other amenities available in the lease package. In addition, they employ a cleaning, maintenance and IT staff to help support them in keeping their properties running at peak effectiveness and cleanliness. They are a real class act!

I booked this gem on Air bnb. This was an excellent and very comfortable hotel option while we were visiting the Augusta, GA area last weekend. This boathouse lodging is situated conveniently on the Augusta marina, so there was no parking issues. The reservation process was very easy, and we had no issues communicating with the owner all through our visit. This houseboat was an older vessel, that was restored and could easily be enough space for 4 adults. On our visit we just had 2 adults, so the full size bed was more than comfortable. They also have two two size bunkbeds that could be used for kids or other adults. This houseboat was very, very cozy and comfortable. It had direct TV and all the other options (microwave, refrigerator, stove, everything a normal hotel would have. Our hostess was very friendly and added special amenities to ensure we had a great experience. Lots to do in walking distance, make sure you go downtown for some great restaurants.

It has three bedrooms and one bathroom all very spacious and very comfortably sleeps six adults. The place is fully furnished with full cooking all the pots and pans plates dishes silverware glassware a dining room table that fits six adults very comfortably it's just amazing. They also included an Amazon fire stick so was able to watch various programs that I normally watch back in Fort Lauderdale when I'm home. Again one of the best places I have ever stayed at. It is also just a short 10 minute drive to historic downtown and less than a 10 minute drive to the new section of town with the movie theater tons of restaurants and shopping.
