We had our entire first floor painted, doors and trim painted, and all they cleaned out 10 years worth of my bad patching and holes. All looks amazing! They finished a full day earlier then expected and the quality exceeded our expectations. Ken and Curt were clean, fast, and great to work with. Their prices were very reasonable. I could not have chosen a worse painter than Lanningham. I hired Jason and his "crew" (which turned…read moreout to be him and his wife) to paint a 40 X 80 machine shed for me. I was given a price quote which I agreed to, and I was given a time frame of 7 days depending on weather. We've had great weather and 5 weeks into the job it's still not done. Their workday consists of showing up around 9:30-10:00, taking lunch at noon, and then pulling out around 2:00-2:30. This is with several smoke breaks in between. I paid him half down over a month before the job started, but now he wants more money to continue working claiming that he's using more material than anticipated. The quote was for two topcoats, but he's only done one topcoat on the four sides of the building and has only done one topcoat on half of the roof. I refused to give him any more money until the job is complete, which was the terms in his contract. Now he's accusing me of "f***ing" him and pulled off my job. He's lied to me, made false promises, and has done mediocre work at best. I've been in the real estate business for 28 years and I've never had such an awful contractor work for me. Do yourself a favor and take the time to research this guy before hiring. I was fooled by a professional looking website and old positive reviews. This company is anything but professional.

I used Freddy Painting for the first time at my investment property. I found them on Yelp and they…read morehad good reviews so I took a chance. The communication was very good with the company. I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me. I would try Freddy Painting again in the future to see if his quote would be fair like the first job. He did good work.
