Kitchen's is an old fashioned type of shop, which encapsulates the ethos of Leeds Market. From the striped aprons worn by the guys who run the stall, to the arguably unfashionable but timeless wholesome produce, Kitchen's is unique.
I recently purchased some duck eggs from this stall, which were of the highest quality. The yolk was rich and creamy, it really elevated the overall taste of our midweek eggs Benedict. The jumbo sized hen's eggs I buy from Kitchen's are also a lip smacking joy to eat.
