She wasn't afraid to tell us what she thought wouldn't work and why she also did a fantastic job telling us what colors and styles should go together and why. She helped us make our focal points pop. She also went above and beyond by finding out what color our walls would be to make sure that everything matched and went together. Turns out the color we had on our walls would've made this look very strange. So it was awesome of her to go the extra step and say hey this is something you should change. she was able to provide samples of most of the things we had got so we could see how it would look all together. trust me when I say I hate shopping. And this has been a lot of decision making for our new home. The fact that we were here for multiple hours and I didn't feel like we were shopping just shows how great she is keeping the conversation good and distracting while still pulling out the information needed to make our home perfect. she even informed us about the next steps and told us some tips on selecting lights that would go well with what we had just picked out. She was unlike anyone else. The fact that she gave us ideas for lights that would work well in our home and reminded us of things to do and not do we are truly grateful for. she wanted to design our home with us in mind not just sell us product. She was able to work within our budget and help us save money where we could and spend money where we needed to. She told us the difference between products the times that they would last and when we would possibly have to replace. I truly hope I don't have to fix replace or change anything anytime soon. But I know if we do I know exactly who were going to see. Thank you again so much once our home is complete we can't wait to invite you over so you can help see what you created.

Both jobs required deconstruction and then painting, new flooring, sinks and cabinets, shower stall and toilet in the bathrooom, moving cabinets in the kitchen plus new quartz counter top, sink and undercabinet LED lights. I got lots of great advice and ideas prior to and during both projects, the work was excellent quality and there is nothing I would change or was disssatisfied with about the finished projects. Chet has a broad spectrum of excellent skills based on long experience, his attention to detail is uncommonly good, he cares about his work and about customer satifaction. However the written proposal came at "$150 per door and $300 per window and $250 per mobilization". He did not explain this when I questioned. Instead he said the total cost came in higher because of things he forgot about. That part I can understand, but not the manipulation of the individual costs that were agreed on. The proposal was incomplete and lacking information such as # of doors and # of windows. Just a dollar amount. Very unprofessional and lacking information. Based on this, I wouldn't trust any further work, just because of this one person. While the actual workers may have done a great job, this employee cost the company this job.

We knew the interlocking planks that are so popular now would never work over all the bumps. Really happy to find these luxury vinyl glue-down planks at Jungle Jim's. They are super tough and really comfortable underfoot. Plus really great looking. We have a large dog with sharp toenails - and I have not seen any marks from his nails. Installation was fast. We were moving furniture back in the same day. There were a couple of things that needed fixing. One was a plank that wasn't staying down correctly (I think it was just a little too tight) and one was a pattern issue (I didn't like a repeated pattern at my front door). They sent back one crew member who fixed it all. They are able to take up single planks, which makes it easy to make changes. If something does ever damage the floor, it is good to know that they can easily replace the planks. We love it so much that we are having them do our kitchen, too.

They provided measurements for us to order the base trim and door trim materials, which they installed. Installation went by quickly. When I reviewed their work I found two planks that had imperfections (we assume they were just production issues from the manufacturer.) There were also some loose stair noses (from being walked on before the glue cured). They came back really quickly to replace those two planks and fix the stair noses to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I will be using them again for any future needs!
