As for the shrimp lo mein, so much shrimp and so hearty and tasty. My only regret is our hotel didn't have a microwave. They also serve beer and wine. Not sure about liquor. My companion had beer and I had ginger ale. Can't complain. The Chinese food at Nueva China rivals my favorite Chinese joint back home except it may actually be healthier. I am embarrassed to report that I do not remember what dish I ordered, but I did write in my notes that the food was EXCELLENT ! I do remember the meal because it was delicious, a fusion of Asian and Latin flavors. I plan to return and visit again in January 2015. My flight leaves tomorrow night for Santiago. Their sushi bar is really small so I've never actually tried it, but I'd be willing to give it a shot. I enjoy their wonton soup, chow mein, and pineapple chicken. They offer a variety of chop suey dishes and all the fun appetizers like spring rolls, wontons, and pot stickers. They also serve beer, wine by the glass, and the usual bar drinks such as pisco sour, piscola and mojitos.
