He is very good in coming up ,with your idea, with his concept of it very quickly. My only suggestion is do not pay him in full until everything you want is completed. I had gotten a grant for what I wanted. I'm disabled & there were things that were essential for what I needed. I signed off too quickly. An example. my railings were rough, flooring rough & balusters were cracked right through. One went through the middle of my outlet which could have been carved. It wasn't. My little grandson got slivers on his hand from holding on. The wood was to be treated. Their sprayer broke so they just slapped it on with a rag, spraying my siding more than anything. I can't get it off the siding. I have to get someone to respray the deck now. Before being paid all was to be fixed. Now that i signed for him to be paid , I have to be paying for it again. My advice do not pay fully. Leave at least some to be paid when all is done!!!
