Excellent people to to work with and the quality of their product is second to none, Brad and Steve were great and very responsive to all our requests. They promised to build this year as soon as the snow melted and they certainly kept their promise. The two installers (Julian and Mason) were outstanding and very professional. They did not waste a minute and completed the work fast. The only issue I had was with the deck boards which showed cracks within a few days and I was told that is not unusual. Steve took care of one really bad board. So, no worries. Thanks to Brad, Steve, Julian and Mason for a job well done

We had wanted to utilize the MB Hydro Energy Efficiency Loan and received a power smart application instead. Our understanding is that the Power Smart program ended March 2018. In emails Michael stated he was waiting to hear back from MB Hydro regarding our loan. I spoke with MB Hydro on Jan. 10, 2025 and they confirmed they did not receive any loan applications. How can you submit a loan application if you don't know what door we choose. We spoke to the owner Trevor Peters with our concerns. We inquired why are we struggling to purchase a door and window from you. Not much was said about our concerns and was then informed we needed to put down 25%. I mentioned that was not brought to our attention until today. Trevor informed us it's on the email and you didn't read it fully. I reviewed emails and only seen that on a recent email dated Jan. 13, 2025. We encountered barriers after barriers to purchase from this company and have emails to confirm our experience. I strongly encourage you to go elsewhere.
