pros: Nice product selection CONS: Only communicates with you before you pay, after we paid we could no longer get replies to emails or returned calls without us persistently reaching out to. One time we stopped by and in greeting we asked, "How are you doing" and we the reply was "Busy!" I was shocked! On the day of install, their team was over 6 hours late...we had other services scheduled that day that had to be cancelled. No one apologized for the delays or inconvenience. The team was then rushing and caused nearly $2,000 in damages to our home. The counters were also installed wrong altogether. It has now been 7 weeks of constant calling, emailing, and texting and the company refuses to address our issues so that we can get this resolved and move on with our lives. This saga has been going on for months and has halted our other renovation projects with no apologies. We even asked to escalate this to the owners and have not heard from the once. read more

First off, we are thrilled with our kitchen granite install, it looks amazing! The staff at Kitchen Designs was very friendly, helpful and responsive. They gave us a lot of good information and our project was finished in less than two weeks, which was awesome. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is because of issues with the installation crew. They really rushed through the job, and as a result had to come back. They did come back though and the results are spectacular. We would absolutely use Kitchen Designs again and highly recommend them. read more

World Class hack job! This is the what these people define as acceptable work. Payed kitchen designs of Augusta thousands to do a professional job and this is what we got. Do not let these people do work in your home, beware!!! As you can see, nothing is lined up. When these issues were brought to their attention, they threatened to put a lien on our home if we didn't pay the remainder of the balance left over. They didn't offer to redo it or make it right. They said their install came out fabulous... The original granite countertops were installed perfectly by Home Depot, evidently they know how to use a tape measurer. These people at kitchen designs are real slim balls!!! The owner is no different. After months of going back and forth on this issue, it finally escalated up to the owner. His reply was to put a lien on our property if we didn't pay the remainder. I don't understand how some people can sleep at night... read more

Extremely unsatisfied. Everything was great at first, in January. They said our cabinets probably wouldn't be ready until April. We waited until May and called to see what was going on and we were told everything had been sitting there but no one called us. Essentially they forgot about us. Then we were given a date when our old cabinets would be taken out and they didn't come until 2 days later. We took off work for it. Then Dave told us all of the "policies" had been changed since January and he told me all of the things they wouldn't do, such as moving appliances, anything construction related, etc. There were excuses for everything, such as everyone was out sick. They installed cabinets over our old floor instead of removing the floor first, which affected the new floor installation. Handles are crooked. We are missing pieces for shelves. The floor looks terrible; there are gaps in it and we were told we were supposed to buy something to go underneath, yet no one EVER told us that. We're missing molding around the floor. There are holes in a cabinet. A countertop is crooked. Cabinets are damaged. We've had to spend extra money to buy things such as molding which should have came with the floor. No one came out once to check on the progress or when they were "finished". After an email I sent they finally came out to look and told us they were coming back to fix things and it has been weeks and they are not responding to us anymore. It has been 9 months since we began this process. We've been super nice and patient and it really sucks that companies can get away with this. read more
