They were polite, but of the five days they were scheduled to work they only showed up 3 of the 5…read moredays and only worked a few hours on two of those days. They were late every single day. The work was not completed on the 5th day as promised so we scheduled for them to be here on Saturday at 9AM sharp to complete work; they again texted that they were going to be late. They had no consideration for my time and the work was subpar. After the last text that they were going to be late on Saturday I told them they were no longer needed. I am now going to hire someone else to complete/fix their work.

However, a referral to Tom and his company turned out to be one of the two best contractor choices we've made. Unusual events created circumstances where finishing this project was not going to be easy or predictable. I then tried probably 5 x by phone or text without a reply. If you didn't want to do anything John, you should NOT have gaslighted me man. That is not cool. He cannot be trusted.
