The owners have been in the business for years and it shows in every way. We found that they same high quality merchandise we were seeing in NYC with better service and pricing. They provided us with products as simple as subway tile - but they helped us select a particular brand that looks great and didn't break the bank--which we get compliments on all the time. On the high end too, we selected marble slabs as well as limestone from them and with their guidance. All around great and caring customer service and wonderful products make this a vendor you want to work with again and again.

It is now located on the upper level right outside The Bon Ton, I like to refer to it as a sparsely used area since there is nothing else on its side since H&M opened a huge store in the mall. I have said in a review prior that I am kind of confused by kitchen stores, and I stand by that. Even though I think it is a waste of space to have kitchen stores this particular one seems to have lower prices than even big box stores. I came in to buy a kitchen scale, looked at the price and noticed it was comparable to others I have seen elsewhere. Once I was at the register and paid for it, I was pleasantly surprised. It rang up $5 cheaper than the tag said. Win! Staff were pleasant and helpful. Instead of wondering around the store they were able to point me to exactly where I needed to be. Without all the hassle of being distracted by other items this was a quick and easy stop for me.

They 1st said they wouldn't honor the warranty because it was not installed by a licensed plumber...we fought that. Then they said they wouldn't honor the warranty because we didn't have the original receipt although we did have a bank statement. We called Lancaster Pump who manufactured the pump and they said it should absolutely be under warranty and they fought it for us. We went without water for over a month waiting for APR to get the new pump. Nick was who we dealt with for most of this...he was rude, very short with us and quick to say no every time we went to him about the warranty. We would have to call and leave numerous messages before we would get a call back. When we got the new pump on the receipt they put that it would not be warrantied although there is a manufacturer warranty with the pump. They were very difficult to work with and obviously do not like standing behind their products. We would not recommend using APR Supply-Harrisburg.

Repeated attempts to rectify the issues failed until the owner of LaVillaLux just stopped talking to us altogether. Not the best way to do business. Really sad at the outcome.
