I made an appt gave them my insurance which was thru my husbands work. Mind you I can't walk well, i sent my daughter up to the appointment as she's 18. She called asked if we had caresource still I said yes but did not know she was around the front desk. I DONOT use her caresource ever no matter what. Well, they refused to see her even when I said bill medical mutual and we pay the copay. Well still refused to see her. I called The office and the scheduling line said well we check insurances the day before they should have called you and told you we can't see you due to her having Medicaid secondary. I said well someone didn't do their job and never called me Notthing! Wasted my time wasted my gas on driving there. What a joke. So quick to refuse to see me but can't do your job to begin with ?! It could have all been avoided. Zero communication with the office!!! Horrible customer service!

I was advised to reschedule, and asked a rude receptionist, to double check, after almost pulling into their parking lot he stated to me "if you get here after 10 minutes, you really need to reschedule! We won't see you today. I'm truly happy I got another appointment with a different office. I've always understood a doctor appointment that might take longer that 5 minutes, and am glad I found someone else to accept me.

I didnt care for my $100 consult with Dr. Tracey, the patient rooms looked kind of dirty given the exorbitant prices of the treatments, and my very first appt was canceled and instead of being given a different provider to do the same treatment, they flat out canceled it. I have now been on hold for 10 minutes trying to ensure the appointment is actually canceled and these people won't charge me a late fee. Bottom line? You could probably find somewhere better than this, with nicer staff, better prices, and a nicer space.

The worse healthcare service I have seen since 2020…read more I finished my antibiotic medication and was qualified for Accutane on 5/20/25. I was told to do blood work and do my iPledge, and I did it all within 2 hours of my appointment. After I went to CVS pharmacy, they said "Your dermatologist didn't do the pre-authorization form." I called Apex and no one picked up on 5/20/25 or 5/21/25. They only called back on 5/22/25 after I left a 1 star review. Then I called back again on 5/23/25 b/c I knew it was my last shot before the weekend. But no one cared. I told the Apex rep, "You can do the authorization on the phone with the insurance, they pick up fast. You'll get them even faster on the line as a medical office." Her reply was, "When I have a minute to sit at a computer, I'll take a look." I replied, "If you don't get this approved by today, I will change providers." So I hung up. Now I have been without medication for 5 days as of today. I called CVS on 5/24/25 around 1pm and they said, "Your dermatologist dropped the ball. Not only did they not do the pre-authorization completely, they never did the iPledge. But you did everything on your part." I have wasted the entire week doing someone else's job. You are literally the slowest, most unprofessional and uncaring medical staff I have seen or dealt with, period. Now I will be without medication for 1 week, as of Tuesday 5/27/25. Shame on you. Think ahead....I tried going to clinic for my check up last year ...after less than 5 minutes and "you're good" .."exam?" Wasn't sure I wasn't walking out with cancer or not. Had a growth removed at West shore years ago on my back...(and needed a few more cells removed after biopsy came back...no issues since then ) they offered if I couldn't find someone to help I could come in every day and they'd change the dressing ...didn't need that but grateful for their concern. After an almost check up at Clinic last year I'm back to Westshore ...I know enough to call ahead of time. Even got an appointment during Covid days, and they are running on limited hours.

I called in early JULY and they told me they could not get me in until OCT 31st since I was a 'new' patient. I made the appointment because I had a few moles that I was concerned about. Over the next few weeks I noticed the moles changed and called back and told them they were changing and I was extremely concerned and could not wait and their response was - well we can get you in the end of SEPT......REALLY - I am so glad they are concerned about whether their patients have skin cancer and make it a priority. What a joke this place is. Since I was not happy with waiting 2-3 months to have my concerns addressed I contact another facility - Associates in Dermatology and they got me in the morning after I called them. I would suggest if you want a Dermatologist that cares about your health go to Associates in Dermatology instead.
