Good toys (lots of Haba), nice gifts for showers, birthdays, etc. Very cool kid's toys - mostly hipster wooden stuff ;) But inventory alone does not a favorite shop make. I would say that Bebes in Kamppi and Peikku Punavuoren are pretty close competitors style-wise but they completely lack the warmth, congeniality, and helpful staffing that Fiilinki and Zicco posses. I prefer my upscale Urban-Baby shopping without a side of nasty condescension :) Highly recommend.

As a purveyor of all things Bugaboo I can say with confidence that this is the place to go. Short order period, they keep some stock on hand. The web service is outstanding too. Prices are in line with MSRPs and they have full lines of all the major players in Babyland: Phil and Ted, Brio, Stokke... Need a Tripp Trapp? A Buffalo? A Bjorn, a Breast pump, toys, muffs, feeding supplies, bath supplies, baby baths, bottles, bags, ohmygodanythingbaby?!? They have it in the store or on their website. As a first time mom with a desire to give my special snowflake the whole world and as a lover of Bugaboo prams and products, this is my go-to. So nice to order online from bed and then pick up from store, too. I love instant gratification. This is the stuff that stay-at-home-momming is all about. PS- their sales associates are outstanding. I was talked out of a Bugaboo Cam (that I already owned) and into a brand new Buffalo in less than 15 minutes while popping in to check out their baby spoons a few days ago :).

After being shoved out of the way twice by a store employee- seriously? I'm 7 months pregnant in a maternity store for god's sake! - on her way to re-hang some nursing bras, I have sworn off this store for good. It didn't win them any points that again there was not a "moi!" or an acknowledgment from store staff when I walked into an almost-empty store. And no - they were not just busy. They're just plain rude. I'd rather pay the import taxes and shipping and order from out of the country than set foot in this store again.

My mom is a treasure hunter and antiques lover…read more I grew up scouring American flea markets and thrift shops as a child and the love of the hunt has stayed with me. This is a great flea market in a beautiful location next to the seaside. The new market hall here is wonderful for foods ranging from ready-made to fresh produce, meats and fish, and sweets and coffee. The flea market itself is huge by city standards and heavy on womens' clothing, handbags, and knick-knacks. I have never seen many large items like furniture here but household goods abound. Comic books, records, jewelry, antique dishware...you name it, it's probably here. This is my favorite flea market: open air (fresh, seaside open air), great location, easy to get to by transit or foot, and rooted by a great place for food and drink. This is an activity that is easy to make a whole afternoon out of. Today's finds included baby clothes for .20 a piece, games for my classroom at around €2 apiece, and very expensive barely-used infant gear for about 1/20 of the retail price. There are a lot of great handbag deals on genuine and knock-off designer pieces if you're into that sort of thing. And I'm not talking about Chinatown type of stuff. I'm talking about the real deal.
