Since iittala, Fiskars, Arabia and Hackmann belong to the same company you can find all their products in the shop right at the entrance of the building. They have quite good offers. Also take a look at the shelf with the second class products. They have small mistakes (that you can barely see) and are reduced dramatically. If you don't find anything here, continue to one of the other shops that are in the building. Browse through the Pentik shop. Next to the café in the middle of the center you find a shop where you can take a look at design products from smaller brands. This place is worth a visit. You also easily get there with public transport with tram line 6 or bus number 71. The center is open every day from 10 and stays open till 20.00 during the week and till 16.00 on the weekend.

They have escalators and elevators although I found the elevators to be quite slow. There are restrooms but I had to go to a different floor to find them. I don't think there were public restrooms on each floor. The bottom floor has Tokmanni which was quite large and had a lot of random household goods and clothing. There is also bubble tea with Chatime! As well as an anime store, a board games / anime store, and a fun home goods store.

It seems like a good place to go clothes shopping in a high end setting. This is a nice mall, with shiny, gleaming marble surfaces and highly polished steel. I found no restrooms in this mall, and wandered for a while looking. There's plenty of places to get coffee around here, but no public restrooms that I could find. They're available in the coffee shops though. The Citycenter is located right across from the Central Train Station, so it's conveniently situated in the city. Public transportation is easy to get to/from here, since everything drops off right in front of the mall. This place felt very safe, there were a few security guards walking around.

The store area is about 1/3 the size from when I first visited, the selection very limited and so are the sizes. Not to mention the prices are much higher, only 30% off the regular prices in general. Half the shop is now designated to the current collection, ie no reduced prices at all and the same clothes and accessories you'll find in the regular shops in Helsinki. When we visit the outlet store certainly has more staff than customers and there is a certain feel of desolation in the air. I may have bought something, but not at all for the prices I had expected. It feels awful to bump down the 5 star rating to 2 star, but apparently, what a difference 3 years make...

Nevertheless, you can find lots of things there as well as supermarkets, coffee shops, bookshops, etc. One of the best places to shop. Currently there are sales everywhere for Christmas. Went there to buy a jacket for my sister, originally costs 200€, dropped to 99€. Would say it's good value according to the quality of the jacket itself. Highly recommended :)
