We found some comfy chairs, but nothing that really matched what we were looking for. Oh, and a nice person in front greeted us and told us about their tax free sale going on at the moment. We were also helped by Gretchen, in whom my mom purchased chairs with at another visit, and was asking about the pickup options. She did a good job explaining the pickup options, and that pickup was at their warehouse, and then told us the hours that pickup was available. We didn't end up purchasing anything this visit though. We wasted 250.00 for a cleaning warranty that we can't use forcing us to spend more money to have a professional cleaning company to clean what should be covered.. OVERALL.... However, the many documents you must sign for a purchase/ delivery says 2-4 weeks. In addition; The piece can take longer to arrive and not always with a date of said arrival. The documents you sign state it can't be cancelled- regardless of length of time for delivery, because, though it may be a piece they regularly carry and just happen to be out of , it is considered a "special order"."
